Coupon Redemption
Please follow these simple steps to redeem a Cafe Admanya coupon:
- Browse through / search the web store and add your items to your shopping bag by clicking "add to bag" button. Check all the items in your shopping bag and then click on "checkout" button or "checkout" link. You will be getting a bag summary page from where you have to click on "proceed to checkout" button.
- You will be re-directed to the register or sign in page if you have not already signed in. Please register if you are a new customer. This is to ensure that we can keep you informed about the status of the order. Also, this would prevent misuse of any coupon.
- If you have already signed in, please check if the shipping address is correct or enter a new address. Click on "update: button to update shipping address and proceed.
- Next, you will be asked to enter your discount coupon if you have one, please enter the entire coupon code without spaces (e.g. XY123456) and you may click the "apply" link next to the text box. The discounts available to coupon will be shown and also the system will tell you whether the coupon is still valid and not been used.
- Choose the appropriate payment option and then click on "complete your order" button.
- The "confirm your order" page will be shown where you can see the order total and the total discount applied on your order; if everything is alright press "confirm your order" button. You will be re-directed to the internet payment gateway (if you have chosen the credit card payment option) and pay the balance amount. If you have chosen cheque/draft as your payment option then you will be required to send the balance amount to our address.
- You will get an order confirmation email once the transaction is successful.
- Please note that only one coupon can be used with an order and the coupon can be used only once. Also each coupon comes with a validity date and the coupon will become invalid after that date. Any unused portion of a coupon automatically becomes forfeited once the coupon is used and the unused part cannot be claimed back.
