Shipping & Delivery Information
We are committed to delivering your order accurately in good condition and always on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the items purchased.
- To ensure that your order reaches you on time and in good condition, we only ship through express courier mode which is usually by air.
- We currently deliver to major cities and towns in India, and ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays.
- Delivery of a product to its recipient also depends upon the payment mode chosen, for all cheque/draft payments, items will be shipped only after realization of the payment.
- The shipping lead time of each product is indicated beside the product in the product page as, "usually ships in _ to _ business days"
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email in which your tracking number for the shipment will also be included so that you can track your package with the courier for an estimated delivery date.
- The courier service might contact you to reconfirm that the order was placed and to check preferred time of delivery.
- The courier company might request for a signature to ensure that the delivery has been accepted. It is highly recommended that you open the pack in front of the delivery boy to make sure that the product is intact.
- Most of our products are delivered free of charge, but for some products there may be a delivery charge applicable which is mentioned clearly on the product page itself.
